Crown Agents regarding the details of the equipment,

and any modifications or additions to the structural

work decided upon in consultation with the Crown

Agents should be carried out without further reference

to this Government.

4. Mr. Anderson has been instructed to be

present when the steelwork and machinery are assembled

and tested at the factory. When delivery of the

equipment has been given, he will return to the Colony

and undertake the erection of the gear, and the Crown

Agents have, therefore, been informed that it will not

be necessary to send out an erector from England for

this work.
